This is a Short-Term Rental Forecasting Tool designed to project the financial performance of properties by allowing users to input property and financial details, select various profiles (occupancy, revenue distribution, utility including a customizable housing fee percentage), and then generating detailed 12-month forecasts with analytics and charts. Forecasts can be saved as drafts or finalized into printable PDF reports, and the app features role-based access where regular users manage their own forecasts while admins oversee all.
